Yes I have public liability and professional indemnity insurance which I renew annually. If you need a copy of my policy, please ask.

The fee charged covers most digital and print use globally. If you require more extensive rights - such as exclusivity - I would be happy to discuss options.

My signature style is to produce natural looking imagery with slightly brightened colours, increased contrast and a sense of ‘a moment’.
After I have imported and catalogued your images, I make initial adjustments and colour corrections to bring out the natural quality of each photograph. Then I retouch and remove distractions, soften skin a little on portraits, clean up products, and crop the images for maximum dramatic effect.
To me - this is the finishing of my artwork and an important part of the creative process. I don’t release RAW (unedited) images to my clients.

I am a fully mobile photographer and either come to your offices or home, or I work with you to find a venue that aligns perfectly with your brand.
I also travel abroad a few times a year - it’s worth asking me where I’m travelling to next - and my clients join me on location for shoots aligned with their brand.

No, I provide my photographs to clients in high resolution digital format with an unlimited license to print or frame for personal or marketing purposes - not for resale or competition entry.

A simple headshot session can take as little as 20–30 minutes, while a full personal branding shoot may take up to 3 hours depending on locations, outfit changes and the variety of images needed. Commercial shoots for businesses and teams can be tailored to your schedule.

Yes. Penny guides you through outfit choices, colour palettes, backgrounds and locations so your photos feel on-brand and professional. Whether you need indoor office-style shots, outdoor natural images, or a full branding session, she helps plan everything so you feel confident and prepared.

6. How quickly will I receive my edited photos?
Most clients receive their edited photos within 48 hours, depending on the size of the project, and never later than 14-days after the shoot. Penny provides high-resolution files suitable for websites, LinkedIn, press use and social media. Fast-turnaround delivery is available if you need your images urgently.
